The Troop Committee may be seen as the supporting organization of the Troop.  The responsibilities of the Troop Committee include:
  • Selecting quality leaders for the Troop
  • Developing community service projects.
  • Troop equipment provisioning.
  • Arranging transportation for outings.
  • Planning and assisting in fund raising.
  • Providing for special needs and assistance for individual Scouts.
  • Serving on Boards of Review and at Courts of Honor.
  • Maintaining records of Troop advancement and finances.
  • Assisting in the charter renewal process.
  • Helping with the annual Friends of Scouting campaign.
